Important information for your order
If a group is reduced to fewer than 4 participants, we reserve the right to combine them or shorten the lessons. Multiple changes of instructor is possible due to the flexible organization. We assume no liability for accidents that occur during or before ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants. Price refunds due to injury or illness are only possible with medical confirmation. Only unused days (differential amount) will be refunded. Course cancellations due to weather-related influences (force majeure) will not be reimbursed. Private courses take place in all weather conditions. The course ticket is not transferable! Unused course days expire! All deliveries and services provided by the ski school based on online orders via the Internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions.
Content of the online offer
The ski school/ski rental company (hereinafter referred to as “author”) assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author that relate to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded, unless it can be proven that the author acted intentionally or with gross negligence. All offers are non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without special notice or to temporarily or permanently stop publication.

Booking and reservation of ski and snowboard courses
The use of the lifts is not included in the ski course fee. The ski school will not provide any compensation for lesson times lost due to cable car and lift failures.
Rental and reservation of ski and snowboard equipment
Each renter is liable for the proper return of the equipment up to the amount of the retail value of the rented products. The lessor is entitled to demand security in the form of a document (passport, ID card, driving license) or a deposit. The deposit of a security does not count as a possible purchase price for the equipment.
Payment
Credit card payments in favour of the ski school are collected by Global Payments s.r.o.. YELLOWPOWER.AT will appear on your credit card statement.

Place ofe jurisdiction, place of performance and choice of law
The place of performance is the central location of the ski school/ski rental. The court responsible for the headquarters of the central branch of the ski school/ski rental company is responsible for disputes. Austrian law applies. The contract language is German.
